GUEST SPEAKERS: JO and JERRY LEONARD
Jo and Jerry Leonard have both traveled a long and winding career path including Jo’s stint in professional theater in New York City and Jerry’s tenure as a mayor of a small town in Kansas.
Members since 1972, their first love has always been ECKANKAR. They served in numerous ECK leadership positions in their local areas before accepting employment at the ECKANKAR International Office in Menlo Park, California where Jerry served as the President of ECKANKAR, and Jo served as Seminar Director. They helped re-locate the ECKANKAR Spiritual Center, with Jerry playing a lead role, to Minneapolis, MN in 1986. Following the successful re-location, they accepted employment in Virginia.
Jo and Jerry continue to present ECK talks and workshops in many countries around the world. In addition, Jo has been studying the art of fiction writing and currently has her first book published and another making the circuit of agents. Jerry continues to study computer arts and design. They were employed as principals in a commercial printing company in Springfield, Virginia and currently make their home, along with a Siamese cat, in historic Occoquan, Virginia. |

SPECIAL WORKSHOP FOR MEMBERS ON FRIDAY NIGHT
On Friday night at 6:45 pm we are going to have a special presentation
by Jo and Jerry Leonard. The topic will be
“The ECK-Vidya, Ancient Science of Prophecy.”

Many of the chapters in the book, The ECK-Vidya, will be touched upon
during this interactive workshop. Topics include oracles and mystery schools,
sacred numbers, symbols, the wheel of 84 and more. There will also be several
practice
sessions of the Saguna Sati technique for doing the ECK-Vidya.
